Executive Director, Energy Defense Council (EDC)

Tom Holm is the Executive Director of the Energy Defense Council (EDC) which advances Energy, Drone, and Vehicle Dominance of the U.S. Department of War. He is also the Co-Sector Chief, Energy for InfraGard San Diego. InfraGard is an FBI-affiliated independent nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting U.S. critical infrastructure and the American people.

Tom works with the U.S. Armed Forces and industry innovators to help maintain mission readiness of the world's largest fleets of manned and unmanned vehicles, vessels and aircraft. To address energy security, he collaborates with experts to enhance energy generation, storage and delivery systems using small nuclear reactors, V2G, wind, solar, and other sources.

Under Tom's leadership, EDC hosts the annual Technology, Energy, Vehicle Conference (TEVCON) to enable military and industry leaders to advance energy and mobility technologies, bolster domestic manufacturing, and obtain accelerated government contracts and non-dilutive funding. TEVCON is supported by the U.S. Departments of War, Energy, Homeland Security and Justice (FBI), and provides unmatched access to these agencies for SEMA member companies.
